Researcher+ encompasses the " Strategic Professional Development Program for Young Researchers " at five key institutions (Kyoto University, Hiroshima University, Tohoku University, Tsukuba University, and Nagoya University) and the " Comprehensive Support Project for the Strategic Professional Development Program for Young Researchers ". This initiative aims to construct a robust researcher development program. This year, we transitioned from the development phase (Phase I: 2019-2023) to the improvement phase (Phase II: 2024-2026). We are working together to expand this program nationwide in the upcoming dissemination phase (Phase III: 2027-2028).
